What a society???!!! Abusive , cruelty abounds. If these movies weren't so reflective of a dysfunctional society, they might be comedies.

As one comment stated this is certainly not the worst of “Divorce, Forgive and Remarry” story. I watched til the end without fast forwarding. It’s actually not that bad. ML did care for FL during their 3 or 4 yrs of marriage—as in he knows her habits, what she likes/don’t like to eat. It was mistrust and miscommunication that made them drift apart thus allowed the evil 2FL to stir up even more misunderstanding between the couple.

In every Chinese drama, as long as the scumbag is a handsome character, he would always end up as the male lead. They would just add some shinanigans-shanigans in the middle of the drama to make the scumbag look good and whatsoever to make him the perfect male lead. But if the scumbag is not that handsome then you would really know he is just a pure scumbag character and a good stepping stone to make the real male lead a more charming.
So far, that’s what I discovered as I watch cdramas and getting hooked in short cdramas this month 😂😂😂😂

The comments were 50/50 bf I watched it. I’m really glad i did bc I enjoyed it! FL is not shown respect by her husband ML in the 3 years they are married bc of miscommunications. FL loved him so much she lost her self confidence bc she only wanted to please him and became someone else. The divorce was a great thing bc she decided to take her dignity and true identity back. ML always loved her but wouldn’t let it show bc of false information. Of course you have ur scheming women but the FL and ML took care of them. The ending was great! Hope you give it a chance and watch it!😊

I actually found this abandoned-but-powerful storyline better than the others i have watched. At least, the husband was not truly scum. He had misunderstood, and his misunderstanding and pride had been compounded by her misunderstanding, and other external factors.
Shows that lack of communication and presumptions by each party can escalate way past acceptable point. At least his mistake was just misunderstanding, and not irreversible like infidelity or someone died. And at least he realised the mistake (sulky too much, from what i gather) and willing / able to make amends (i.e. beg).

Like most people, I read comments before I decide to watch a drama. Of course, I skip going back to abusive ex by wimpy-ass females all the time. This drama was on the 50/50 side so I decided to watch it. This is not one I will watch again. Call me optimistic but I am not in favor of a married man serving his wife SEVEN divorce notices and suddenly he's back in love again? Why visit that the so-called love is th possessive type of love that asked for a divorce, you finally gave me on but no you can't live a good life without me. My motto is simple: you asked for a divorce 7 times, and you got the divorce. So why now act like a child whose toy has been taken away by another child? Good luck to her, she's going to need it with a childish, indecisive man. Onto the next one.
