In today’s video, Engineer Babazadeh encounters Ali, a young boy collecting garbage on the street to help feed himself and support his family. Deeply moved by Ali’s difficult story, he listens to him, offers support, and even takes him to a restaurant to provide him with a meal and a glimpse of a brighter future.
Meanwhile, Engineer Babazadeh has purchased a new tractor to help with his projects. His workers, including Behzad, continue to work tirelessly in the cave, improving conditions and preparing the space for future plans. This video sheds light on Engineer Babazadeh’s commitment to making positive changes in the lives of those around him

God Bless you Engineer for helping that poor boy collecting garbage. The workers at your cave are hard working! The cave is starting to look lovely. Love from the USA♥♥♥♥
You would think the boy he found would eat first since he says he hasn't eaten in 2 days instead of buying clothes . I don't know it's still kind of fishy to believe. It's all scripted.
I liked this show today. It was interesting and we didn’t have to watch everybody eat 4 times and drive 25 minutes of the hour. I’m exaggerating a little bit, but those two things are so uninteresting. It makes me want unsubscribe. have a good feeling about this young man. I hope he works out as the shepherd or working around the property. I was hoping that when you were driving in the car with the young man and he was talking to you that there would’ve been subtitles. I was really interested to hear what they were saying.
Привет дорогая семья 🤝🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤❤❤
Engeneer je shum i mire babi i mire zoti qofet me ty familjen tende te bukur
Dear engineer. I need to go to on holiday for a two weeks. To much tired. Any financial help….please. Would be very grateful.
Unfortunately your kindness has ruined you. You are forced to sell your goods. It is sad.
I thought you were going to get his hair cut. 💇🏼♂️💇🏼♂️ Let them shave between his eyebrows also. A young boy doesn’t need a unibrow. 😄😄😄
❤❤❤❤❤
Engineer, I am giving you again some advice from a friend who respects you: be careful with the workers, they should not impose their will. You are the owner of the work, and they have to submit to what you offer them.
The engineer could respond as follows, maintaining a professional and clear tone:
“I understand that you have your own ideas on how to get the work done, and I appreciate your commitment to the project. However, I want to remind you that decisions about which equipment we use, like purchasing the tractor, fall under my responsibility as the engineer in charge. My role is to ensure we have the right tools to meet our objectives in the best possible way.
Your role is to make the most of the resources provided. I recognize that you have valuable experience and knowledge, and I welcome any suggestions you may have. However, it’s essential that we work within the established decisions, and I expect you to align with the tools and methods we’ve chosen.
Thank you for your understanding, and I look forward to moving forward together in an environment of respect and collaboration.”
This response allows the engineer to set clear boundaries while acknowledging the worker’s expertise, but without relinquishing authority.

Engineer, put that person you found, who was hungry, put him to work with you, but put him on the tractor, and the other one who drives the tractor, and who made you buy another tractor, put him to work in construction, because he looks very strong, get him off the tractor and put the boy you found who was hungry, to work on the tractor, I know he is weak, because he has not eaten well for a long time, put him to work in construction, he is so weak, he is not well, put him to work, better, teach him to drive the tractor, this boy will be more useful and faithful to you, be intelligent engineer please, this other person will give you problems, and I do not understand why he signed the paper, be careful, in what you do, please, do not make us suffer with your bad decisions, please

Hello my favorite Engineer and family and camera Man and Grandfather ❤❤❤❤❤. Look you don't have to explain yourself to these people. All that matters is that we Loooooove you and your children and family. So just turn a death ear to your Haters because that's all it is. And our camera man we the Utub family loves you and grandfather also so keep up the amazing work that you are doing God bless you guys all of the way from the USA Jefferson county Alabama
I also was wondering why Babazedah would not first feed the boy if indeed he hasn’t eaten for two days. Seems that would take first priority over buying new clothing.
Khili kar khobi kardi agha mohnds 👌👌👌❤️❤️❤️
I would have thought you should buy this boy a jacket. Isnt it getting to be winter now?
Why don’t you get socks ?
Not good to buy shoes without first trying them on with socks.
Finally! Someone uses common sense and buys the socks
please Mr. Babazede watch this lazy man and tractor. I'm afraid he will do something crazy
How does this boy know he hates the education system if he’s never been to school before ?
Poor child, looks like he hadn’t bathed in a very long time
